Dear Members & Friends:
The Southampton Business & Professional Association will meet Tuesday, May 25th,
2004 at 11:45 followed by our noon luncheon
meeting at Davisville Church, located at 325 Street Road in Southampton with
"Catering by George". Please use the office entrance which is located
downstairs. Cost for the catered lunch is $11.00, however, if reservations are
made, a discount of one dollar will be given. The management must have our
luncheon count by Monday. We, therefore, MUST RECEIVE YOUR RESPONSE BY FRIDAY,
May 21st. Please cooperate with this request and R.S.V.P. early to 215 322-1715.
MAY SPEAKER - Patricia Goetz of EPP, (Emergency Preparedness Partnership)
will be our guest speaker this month. She will speak on what to do with your
business in the event of an emergency.

Mark your calendar.... June 22nd will be a BREAKFAST MEETING.... George the
Caterer has promised us Belgian Waffles, as well as other goodies. Come join us
at 7:30 a.m. at our usual location, Davisville Church and let's break bread
together.

GEORGE LYNCH MEMORIAL GOLF OUTING - The Golf Committee has decided to
postpone the golf outing. The new date is Thursday, September 16th, 2004 at the
Northampton Country Club. Once again we ask for volunteers as well as players
and sponsors. Please see attached flyer for more information and contact Matt
Davis @ the luncheon or by phone at 215 942-7814.
DONATE A PHONE - Our own Al Hertenberger along with the Centennial School
District is involved in this worthwhile program. The used cell phones are
refurbished to call 911 and given to seniors. If you wish to donate a cell phone
call 1-800-456-9624.
SOUTHAMPTON DAYS - JULY 4TH, 2004 - We're quickly approaching summertime
and with it is our Independence Day. We will have our celebration and our Annual
Spaghetti Night Dinner on Wednesday, July 7th. Let's have all our members come
and support this event. For the balance of the week, we will have our usual food
booth with pork roll and sausage cooked to perfection. Also in store for
everyone is an exciting new feature. On Saturday, July 10th from 2 p.m - 8 p.m.
there will be 150 antique show cars on display at Klinger. Susan Tinari is
handling this project and is in need of any give-a-ways that your bank or
business may donate. See Susan at the luncheon or contact her @215 322-2372.
Remember, for all these events to come to pass, we must have VOLUNTEERS. Please
be prepared to give us some help...
DANENBERGER FOUNDATION - The Village Players of Hatboro will be
performing in the Bermuda Avenue Triangle, a show with proceeds to benefit the
Foundation, will be held on Thursday, June 10th @ 401 Jefferson Avenue in
Warminster. The cost of the ticket is $10.00 with light refreshments offered.

MEMBERSHIP DRIVE - Remember, a complimentary lunch will be provided to
any prospective new member with advance notice. Tell your friends.
